Du bist Player-Coach und navigierst zwischen Agenturen und DMOs. Entwickle Leads zu strategischen Deals in der DACH-Region Nutzung von Salesforce und regelmäßige Deal Reviews Erstellen und Review komplexer Term Sheets in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CRO/CEO Implementierung von Sales Cadences und Beitragen zur Voice of Market Das bringst du mit Fließend Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Business-Englisch (C1+) Ca. 5 Jahre B2B-SaaS-Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung Erfahrung im Software-/Tech-Sektor, idealerweise in Travel-Tech oder verwandten Bereichen Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungs-Kompetenz Bereitschaft zu bis zu 20% Reisetätigkeit Standort remote in Deutschland oder Österreich Vertragsart: Vollzeit, Festanstellung Gehalt: 130.000,00€ pro Jahr inkl.
