Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a full-time occupational therapist to provide in-home care across Washington, D.C. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

Roughly 25–30 units per week on a route you help design

Evaluations, individualized treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge — start to finish, your patients, your plan

ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety, and caregiver education

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Active occupational therapist (OT) license in D.C.

1+ years of clinical OT experience preferred

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Competitive compensation, based on visit type (eval, routine, recert, discharge)
