Growth Intern

As a Growth intern, you’ll work directly with Avora’s founders to ideate and execute creative campaigns to reach dental practices across the country.

What you’ll do

• Run rapid growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and budgets; scale the channels that generate qualified pipeline.
• Analyze creative campaigns that capture the attention of practice owners across paid social, search, direct mail, partnerships, events, UGC, and other unconventional channels.
• Partner closely with CX and customers to understand what motivates practices to buy, and translate these insights into stronger messaging and offers.
• Build the growth infrastructure across attribution, analytics, CRM, retargeting, and lifecycle automation.
• Build for scale by creating playbooks, systems, and a repeatable experimentation process that helps us scale to 2,000 practices by the end of the year.

What you bring

• In-person in San Francisco.
• Exceptional creative judgement and communication skills; able to turn a customer insight into a campaign people remember.
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable modeling CAC, analyzing funnels, and making budget decisions with SQL, spreadsheets, and other tools.
• Technical and AI curiosity; willingness to learn the latest tools, including Claude Code, Codex, and Ramp Sheets.
• Deep customer curiosity; excited to call, text, visit, and interview dental practices to understand how they think.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing vertical SaaS or technology products to SMBs.
• Paid acquisition experience across Meta, Google, or other performance channels.
• Experience with direct mail, events, partnerships, field marketing, or other offline campaigns.
• Familiarity with lifecycle analytics and GTM tooling such as PostHog, HubSpot, Attio, Clay, Zapier, or Make.
• Design, video-editing, copywriting, or lightweight front-end development skills.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or other external creative partners.
• Open to travel to meet strategic customers and attend industry events.
