Job Description As a Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol in Olive Branch, MS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm panels, support X-ray screening, and provide outstanding customer service. This primarily driving post offers the opportunity to remain visible, help deter incidents, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 02:00 AMTue02:00 PM - 02:00 AMWed02:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by established procedures. Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
