Urgently Hiring – Licensed Speech Therapist (ST)

Full-Time / Part Time / Per-Diem | Multiple Territories Available

Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been a trusted provider of comprehensive home health services throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area and East Bay for nearly two decades. We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Licensed Speech Therapists (STs) for multiple territories .

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:

• Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo

• East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood
• TriValley Area Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville

• Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)
• Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver's License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
