Senior Workers Comp Adjuster

Overview The Senior Claims Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing complex or high-severity claims across multiple lines of business. Acts as a subject matter expert, provides guidance to junior staff, and ensures accurate and timely claim resolution in accordance with policy terms and company standards. Your Impact Analyze complex claims data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement. Review and assess claims for compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management. Collaborate with claims teams to resolve issues and implement best practices. Mentor and support junior analysts in their development and workload management. Successful Candidates Will Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field. 5+ years of relevant claims experience. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in claims systems and insurance regulations. Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee must be able to effectively manage the demands of a fast-paced work environment. This includes the ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must be able to focus on tasks involving prolonged screen time and perform repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use in a standard office environment. Regular phone communication is an essential part of this role.
