Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney Reports To: Workers’ Compensation Department Lead Attorney Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Requirements: Must have an active Bar license in Missouri; Preferred Illinois license DM Injury Law is a premier personal injury law firm headquartered in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri. Purpose and Value to the Team As a Workers’ Compensation Associate, you will handle all aspects of representing clients in their Work Comp matters from the moment the case opens, through each case resolution. This position will also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff ensuring adherence to all Workers’ Compensation laws, regulations, and labor codes.
