Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license in good standing (required)
• Illinois Bar license preferred
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and client advocacy
• Manage a high-volume caseload from pre-litigation through trial
• Guide clients through the legal process with empathy, responsiveness, and effective communication
• Analyze legal issues and case documentation, including insurance policies, liens, settlement agreements, and related documents
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, settlement demands, and legal memoranda
• Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and other key stakeholders
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with support staff to efficiently move cases toward favorable resolution

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (High Earning Potential) + Benefits + Unlimited PTO
