Program Coordinator

Position Summary The Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Responsibilities Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff. Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence. Handle payment processing. Perform data entry, gather and track data, and assure data quality. Export predesigned reports. Attend staff meetings and other program support. Complete special projects. Demonstrate organization and attention to detail. Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant industry experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation Target Compensation: $21.50/hr.
