** Schedule: ** Monday - Friday, 12pm – 5pm (We're open to discussing some flexibility around the start and end times.)

ArangoHRS is hiring a detail-oriented, outgoing and friendly ****Staffing & Onboarding Coordinator ****to join our team onsite in Vista, CA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify quality talent to fill our valued customers recruitment needs.
• Assist employees with completing onboarding/hire documents accurately and efficiently.
• Work in our internal and client systems to support payroll, employee profile updates, and other critical data integrity updates.
• Conduct and process I-9 verifications.
• Administer oral swab drug tests and process results.
• Provide a welcoming professional experience for new hires.
• Support candidate screening and scheduling.
