CDL Recruiting Pipeline Specialist – Driver Status, Follow-Up & Hiring Coordination Truck Driver Nation is seeking a Recruiting Pipeline Specialist to manage the movement of CDL driver candidates through active recruiting stages. This is an organization-heavy recruiting position. The goal is to know where each active candidate stands, what still needs to happen, and which action should occur next. THE PIPELINE Driver candidates may be at different stages at the same time, including: Initial contact Qualification Application completion Documentation Carrier review Orientation scheduling Placement follow-up The Pipeline Specialist helps maintain visibility across those stages. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain current candidate status information Track last contact and required next actions Follow up with drivers at appropriate recruiting stages Identify stalled applications Coordinate outstanding candidate requirements Record applicant communication and status changes Support recruiters with hiring and placement progress Help maintain an accurate and responsive recruiting pipeline QUALIFICATIONS Excellent organization and time management Strong follow-through Professional phone, email, and written communication Ability to manage numerous active candidates Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems Ability to maintain detailed recruiting notes Recruiting, trucking, logistics, or staffing experience is helpful POSITION DETAILS Compensation structure, schedule, classification, and performance expectations will be provided before acceptance of an applicable opening.
