Party Host - Cast Member

Compensation Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. We also offer a Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow program for immediate access to earned wages. Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non‑Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Commissions are paid bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Roles and Responsibilities Prepare party area and set up tables for events. Take orders and attend to guests throughout the event. Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable experience. Assist with general event set‑up and takedown. Support cross‑training across various positions to ensure high service standards. Essential Job Functions and Environment Lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat as required. Handle job stress while interacting effectively with guests and co‑workers. Work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of age. Available to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform required movements.
