What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels with diverse needs Your Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for assigned students Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and targeted interventions Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services to students in both individual and group settings Maintain detailed, accurate student records and documentation in compliance with regulations Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with faculty and families, and support ongoing progress monitoring Provide guidance and training to school staff as needed to ensure continuity of care In this contract role, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $130 and the chance to broaden your impact in an educational setting renowned for its commitment to student success.
