Human Resources Generalist
Sunrise Systems
Duration: 6 months on a W2 contract (possible extension) Location: Whitakers, NC, 27891 (Rocky Mount, NC) Shift Information below: The first couple of weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM with a 1-hour break. Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. Responsibilities Handle all employee relations activites Counsel and coach managers Be the subject matter expert for HR policies Own and update HR processes Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system The ideal candidate will have Ability to work independently Experience with influencing and coaching Ability to work with various personalities Experience working with confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
