You will work with a dedicated crew, traveling on high-priority projects with full travel compensation and strong career advancement potential. How You Will Make An Impact Perform skilled installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial exterior roofing systems. Step into leadership to direct field operations and delegate tasks when the job foreman is off-site. Execute daily work in compliance with strict site safety protocols, OSHA standards, and fall protection requirements. Conduct quality inspections on active installations to ensure work matches project specifications. Coordinate material handling and equipment setup to maintain project schedules and eliminate downtime. Mentor junior crew members on technical roofing techniques and safety procedures. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in commercial roofing installation and field operations. Demonstrated ability to step up and lead a field crew in the absence of the foreman. Proven knowledge of commercial roofing materials, systems, tools, and safety protocols. Ability to travel up to 80% of working hours to various project sites beyond a 30-mile radius. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Active certifications in Fall Protection, OSHA standards, or aerial lift operation. Manufacturer-specific technical installation training or certifications.
