Haidet’s Auto Glass is a family-owned company in Canton since 1957. In this exciting, ever-evolving industry we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our clientele and upholding our company's reputation for excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing
- Assist customers with questions and scheduling appointments
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer needs
Requirements:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must take direction well
- No previous experience in the auto industry is necessary
