What You'll Do:

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, internal databases, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening, assess qualifications and interest, and maintain pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate presentation, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, prepare salary offers with Compensation and HR Business Partners, and support hiring events as needed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed, etc.
• 10+ years of experience in Full life cycle recruiting
• 10+ years of experience with Excel and Outlook
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill cleared - Top Secret, TS/SCI with Polygraph positions

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree
• Engineering recruiting experience  
• Effective influent/negotiation skills
• Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defence industries (RTX, Northrop, Boeing, Lockheed, etc)
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent
• Exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work well with others (hiring managers and HRBP's) - must be comfortable with having multiple people in the 'sandbox'.
• Familiarity with working in a very fast paced, constantly changing environment with high demand/metrics - high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS.
• Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (30-35 reqs)
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure.
• General knowledge of various engineering disciplines and associated skills/certifications.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Adaptable/willing to change.
