Clearance Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview In this role, you will perform and oversee general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will lead warehouse teams in material handling, shipping coordination, re‑warehousing, kitting, and causative research. Additionally, you will provide quality checks for Navy ERP data transactions, validate discrepancies, and supervise Logistician I personnel. You will be trained in hazardous material handling, inventory management, and shelf‑life monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and procedures. General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset Proficiency with Navy ERP and logistics data transactions Experience leading warehouse and logistics teams Skilled in receiving, issuing, shipping, and inventory control operations Ability to perform causative research and validate discrepancies Knowledge of PPP&M and COSIS procedures Trained in hazardous material handling and shelf‑life monitoring Experience conducting quality checks and enforcing compliance standards Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree (required) MHE License (preferred) OSHA Certification (preferred) Hazardous Material Handling Training (preferred) Experience Requirements 3–6 years of logistics experience Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
