Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate with five to ten years of civil litigation experience to join its Orlando, FL office. This role involves handling complex, high-exposure matters for major clients in a collaborative environment. Duties Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Evaluate liability and damages and prepare detailed client reports. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions. Oversee all aspects of litigation on high-exposure cases. Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys. Requirements Five to ten years of civil litigation experience. Experience with complex litigation involving catastrophic losses. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida.
