In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our veterinary practice and ensuring the highest quality of care for our animal patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional veterinary services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary medical team
• Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
• Oversee medical records and documentation
• Participate in hiring and training of veterinary staff
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and goal setting

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state
• Proven experience in a veterinary leadership role
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medical practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
