Job Title: Job Coach (Full-Time) Location: The Dalles, OR Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community. What You'll Be Doing Providing one-on-one coaching and workplace support Encouraging independence, self-confidence, and professional workplace habits Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers Helping individuals strengthen skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving Completing required documentation and progress notes Promoting safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments Collaborating with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success Qualifications Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required Spanish/English bilingual preferred Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver Ability to pass a national background check Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties #J-18808-Ljbffr
