Le Café Louis Vuitton, affiliated with STARR Restaurants, is a one-of-a-kind gastronomic destination for food and culture. Its exceptional culinary experience is complemented by an award-winning wine program, recognized with the Wine Spectator 2026 Award of Excellence. Located on the fourth floor of the flagship Louis Vuitton store at 6 East 57th Street, the café invites guests to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of cultural inspiration while enjoying a creative menu developed in collaboration with Chef Kylian Goussot and acclaimed French chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric.

Now seeking a lead-by-example Chef de Cuisine who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency.

This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 15%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a culinary-driven restaurant
• Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
• Energetic and enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to drive performance and success without compromising quality and consistency
• Strong PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding systems)
