We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. What You’ll Do (and Love Doing): Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience. Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style. Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships. Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations. Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up. Requirements LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
