With a track record of generating over $200 million in attributable client revenue and managing more than $100 million in advertising spend, the agency combines paid media, creative strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-powered marketing to deliver measurable growth.

Working with ambitious US-based brands, the agency takes a full-funnel approach to performance marketing, focusing on sustainable growth rather than just advertising metrics.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Growth – Performance Marketing to lead growth strategy, campaign performance, and client relationships across multiple US-based accounts.

You'll oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads performance, drive full-funnel experimentation, manage marketing specialists, and work closely with the founder on client strategy and new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a strategic growth leader with strong agency experience who can confidently manage senior client stakeholders, solve complex marketing challenges, and independently drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Performance

• Own client growth strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, SQLs, pipeline generation, and trial-to-paid conversions.
• Launch and track 2–4 structured growth experiments per client monthly.
• Identify performance issues, diagnose root causes, and proactively implement improvements.
• Develop actionable growth roadmaps and performance recommendations.

Client Management & Leadership

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for US-based founders, CMOs, and marketing teams.
• Lead client strategy calls, communicate insights, and maintain strong client retention.
• Coordinate media buyers, designers, and marketing specialists to ensure quality execution.
• Manage campaign delivery, creative briefs, timelines, and quality assurance independently.
• Provide the founder with concise updates on account performance and priorities.

New Business & Operations

• Audit prospective clients' advertising accounts, analytics, and conversion funnels.
• Build compelling 90-day growth roadmaps to support sales pitches.
• Lead new client onboarding within the first two weeks.
• Improve reporting, campaign workflows, and internal processes.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline research, reporting, creative ideation, and analysis.
