What We Offer Employees work in a customer centric environment that offers amenities like: Large Event Room and Wine Cellar for hosting customer and community events Crest Bistro with on‑staff Chef inspired menus Full service Cafes in each new car building Coffee bars with full time Baristas Golf Putting Greens Dog Park Customer Technology Areas Vehicle Technology Consultants Automated drive‑thru Carwash Available Benefits of Employment Health Coverage Dental Coverage Vision Coverage Group Life Short / Long Term Disability 401K Paid Vacation Paid training Responsibilities Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department Handle customer questions professionally and refer customers to the appropriate individual for clarification Operate switchboard telephone system Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed (filing, contracts, etc.) Book service tickets Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus CDK experience preferred not required Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & Saturdays (Service closes at 7:00 pm on weeknights.
