We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, managing social media, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to help grow our brand through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
- Write and edit marketing materials, including emails, blogs, and promotional content.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Update website content and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Lead marketing- administrative tasks.
- Promotional Booths Management
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of marketing or administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic graphic design software (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing concepts is preferred.
