What You’ll Do

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently after completing paid training.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent quality and smooth operation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor issues and keep production moving.
• Assist with material movement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow clear written and verbal instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Work Environment

You’ll work in a well‑maintained, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. Expect to spend most of your shift on your feet, operating equipment and moving materials. This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
