We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist is expected to provide excellent guest service, control expenses, and complete all tasks required in the position. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail.

Overview:

• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Process all retail sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Control expenses.
• Complete required administrative tasks.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with everyone.

Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge including but not limited to point-of-sale systems and data entry.
• Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
• Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions.
• The position will require working alone in the salon.
• Ability to read and analyze various salon reports.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays (as needed).

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for sustained periods of time.
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level.
• Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services.
• Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants.
