Roles and Responsibilities Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM Potting Department – complete various adhesive potting applications. Deburring Department – examine surfaces to find defects; remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces; deburr, clean, and remove sharp edges on product parts. Grinding Department – work with HAAS machines to grind surface imperfections; deburr, clean, and remove sharp edges on product parts. Collaborate with floor supervisors and leads to adhere to production schedules. Collaborate with quality‑control personnel to maintain the highest quality assurance. Train under a department lead to learn assembly functions. Qualifications 0 – 2 years of experience in deburring, potting, or an aerospace machining setting. Minimum high school education or equivalent. Machinist trade certification is a plus. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. High level of attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, with a minimum of ten (10) hours of overtime available weekly. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
