Join us and let's Imagine a better way together.The Fabricator role will assist in bringing creative visions to life through innovative fabrication techniques. The Fabricator will have strong knowledge in woodworking assembly, along with the ability to be a strong team player and ensure accuracy according to blueprint and project specifications. This role will be responsible for working safely and efficiently while maintaining company standards and ensuring the highest quality of fabrication work for our clients.Operate a variety of woodworking and foam sculpting machinery and tools to fabricate cabinetry, millwork, and foam sculptures.Glue, fit and clamp parts and sub-assemblies together to form complete unit using clamps or clamping machine.Sand and scrapes surfaces and joints of articles to prepare for finishing.Verify dimensions and product specifications to ensure accuracy and fit.Assemble and prep units for finishing with precision and attention to detail.Willingness and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done with thinking "Safety First".Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present when constructing/finishing a project.Take part in product development meetings, which includes testing and troubleshooting products for functionality.Ensure that quality control standards are met, and all parts are properly fitted, and aligned.Report and detail product malfunctions.Thursday - Monday$30 - $35/ HrThe national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
