Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our Customer Service Department. This role provides vital administrative support to our sales team, manages ERP order entry, and ensures our customers receive prompt, high-quality service.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders and update account details in our ERP system.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding production orders and status updates.
- Review incoming data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and notify supervisors of critical issues.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written, verbal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven setting.
