Job Skills / Requirements TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed and Unarmed Security Officers (LEO) to join our team in Mingo Junction, Ohio. Applicants must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service in a secure and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to buildings, ensuring only authorized entry. Patrol designated areas on foot to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity. Respond promptly to alarms, service calls, and incidents as needed. Protect employees, visitors, and property through consistent observation and awareness. Write accurate daily activity and incident reports in a timely manner. Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy. Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as appropriate. Contact emergency services such as law enforcement or the fire department during critical situations. Escort personnel to and from facilities when required. Professional Expectations Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. Stay alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Exercise sound judgment and remain calm in stressful or emergency situations. Uphold TriCorps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence. Licensing, Background, And Training Requirements A valid Ohio Security License must be held and will be provided at time of hire. A BCI and FBI background check must be submitted to the Ohio PISGS. HAZWOPER 40-hour online training must be completed prior to working. Testing requirements will be explained at time of hire. Schedule & Work Environment Positions available in Mingo Junction, Ohio. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
