Experience-1 Role Summary The Learning Designer II – Corporate Compliance Specialist provides LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for ***’s corporate compliance training programs. This role ensures accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking. • Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance-related LMS issues. • Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting. • Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes. • Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance. • Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed. Quals-- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Experience supporting learning management systems and compliance-focused training environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. • Ability to manage operational workloads in fast-paced, regulatory-driven environments. • Demonstrates judgment, attention to detail, and accountability aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
