HumanHire is partnered with a top-ranked Am Law 200 firm to find a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support the firms growing team in Downtown Phoenix!

The Commercial Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all phases of case management-from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings-across a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, real estate, and corporate governance matters.

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/yr + OT & Bonus

Commercial Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial litigation case management, including document collection, privilege review coordination, and Bates-stamping
• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings in Arizona state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona via CM/ECF
• Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and docketing in accordance with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials by organizing exhibit binders, witness lists, and courtroom technology setup
• Coordinate and manage e-discovery processing, document reviews, and third-party vendors for copy services, court reporting, and e-discovery support

Commercial Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with direct experience handling commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts
• In-depth knowledge of Arizona Superior Court procedures, local federal court rules, and CM/ECF electronic filing systems
• Strong technical proficiency with legal e-discovery and trial software (such as DISCO, Everlaw, CaseMap, or TrialDirector), as well as Westlaw, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
