Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients to your agency.

Quote and Close individual prospects

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they actually need.

Provide clear, helpful answers to policy questions and assist with billing or claim inquiries.

Cultivate professional relationships

Requirements

Ability to pass insurance exam (we provide study material)

Clean background check and a valid driver’s license.

Previous sales experience required

Ability to network effectively within the Springfield community.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers and common business software.
