Position Overview Multi‑Functional Manufacturing Supervisor – Lockheed Martin Waterton facility, Littleton, CO. Responsible for managing multiple functional areas of manufacturing, such as Circuit Card Assembly, Module Integration, Test Operations, and Box Integration. Basic Qualifications Experience leading small to medium sized teams. Related experience specifically in a Quality/Production/Engineering/Manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication and organization skills. Ability to multi‑task, be thorough, detail oriented, and demonstrate strong job closure and analytical skills. Knowledge of Manufacturing/Quality processes and documentation. Desired Skills Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, supervision, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, discipline, and recognition. Security Clearance This position requires a Top Secret security clearance and the applicant must be a U.S. citizen. Salary The annual base salary range for this position in certain states is $73,800 - $130,180. Salary may vary based on location and experience.
