All Roads in Dundalk, MD is searching for a detail oriented, dependable and organized Staff Accountant to work onsite and join our growing team. As part of the Truck division, this role is responsible for accurately processing deals and related transactions, reviewing schedules, accruing expenses, and reconciliations. Compensation & Schedule: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Full time Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. Flexible start time.

Responsibilities :
1. Process deals for new vehicles ensuring transactions are entered correctly.
2. Accurately post parts and service deposits in a timely manner.
3. Review schedules and validate information
4. Reconcile statements and accounts, identify discrepancies and resolve issues
5. Effectively maintain accrued expenses
6. Assist with month end closing.

7. Other duties as needed.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or AA degree completed with experience
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
