Quality & Part Inspector

PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Quality & Part Inspector for one of our clients located in Arnold, MO, a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential with a well-established company.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime is mandatory as needed

Pay & Location:

• $16.00/hr
• Arnold, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality and part inspections on manufactured components
• Visually and manually inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, and specifications
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Accurately document inspection results and follow quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with production teams to support overall quality goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of quality or part inspection experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and QA/QC procedures
• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
