Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job duties:

• Selecting and shipping customer orders accurately and in the timeframes required
• Checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Preparing and maintains records of merchandise received and shipped
• Putting stock away in the warehouse or preparing for shipment
• Managing inventory of products stored in the warehouse; ensuring inventory accuracy
• Working with carriers to schedule pickups of shipments to customers and vendors
• Updating computer system with shipping/receiving activity and managing inventory locations
• Ensuring packages are on time and accurate for customer shipments
• Ensure products are packaged properly and professionally, exercising due care to mitigate the possibility of damage during shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment
• Light assembly of products.
• Occasional building maintenance tasks, like changing light bulbs, etc.

Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Etc.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., unassisted
• Climbing rolling warehouse ladders using proper technique <10’
• Able to follow written and/or verbal instruction
• Work both as a member of a team and independently

Shift:

1st Shift - Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
