Our success is built on quality, trust, and strong customer relationships, and we are proud of the reputation that we have earned from our customers.As a Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to the success of Vogel Heating & Cooling by leading all warehouse operations, supervising warehouse team members, and ensuring the accurate receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping of materials and supplies to the job site. The Warehouse Manager also leads Vogel's Farm Club program designed to develop the next generation of HVAC Technicians; and promotes a safe, organized, accountable, and service-oriented warehouse environment. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work and a role where you can take ownership of the outcome, we would like to hear from you.What we have to offerCompetitive Compensation: $75,000+ based on experienceComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (Vogel covers 100% of the base medical and dental plan for employees)Paid vacation, holidays, and sick timeOngoing product and cross‑trainingStrong operational, service, and dispatch supportA well‑established brand with a loyal customer baseWhat you will doManage all day-to-day warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, staging, warehouse organization, and inventory control.Coach and develop Farm Club members while fostering accountability throughout the team.Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed and monitor and manage direct shipment logistics. Maintain efficient inventory management practices based on materials utilization and within space constraints and conduct regular inventory audits.Promote and maintain a safe, organized, clean and compliant warehouse in accordance with company standards and policies, and with all regulatory requirements.Exhibit a positive, professional, and solutions-based attitude in an everchanging, deadline driven environment. Make decisions, take ownership, and bring solutions.What we are looking forExperience managing warehouse functions for an HVAC company, or similar trade-related industry.HVAC industry experience highly desired.Ability to balance urgency with a high attention to detail.Someone who is comfortable in holding themselves, and others, accountable while building and growing strong relationships.A leader who is committed to continuous improvement and helping others grow.A valid driver license with the ability to be insurable.Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
