Manage Inventory & Production Planning: Create and manage style/color-level buy plans across multiple manufacturing plants Support Demand Planning & S&OP Processes: Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process Drive Supply Chain Performance: Analyze production delays, negotiate solutions, and communicate impacts to key stakeholders Collaborate Across Global Teams: Participate in factory planning meetings to address capacity and constraint issues Effective Communication: Changes, risks, and recommendations to support informed business decisions Perks you will enjoy! Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, business planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience with SAP, IBP, and/or Power BI is a plus Caleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
