• Full-time Employment: This role involves providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Clinton, with shared on-call responsibilities.
• Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base guarantee of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.
• Sign-On Bonus: A generous commencement bonus of $150,000.
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 available for relocation expenses.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board eligible or board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
• Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Iowa and Illinois.
• Current authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).

Our accredited MercyOne Genesis Cancer Care program, recognized by various prestigious organizations, is expanding its team. We are looking for an additional board eligible or board certified Hematologist Oncologist to join our dedicated group of 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and skilled clinical and non-clinical staff. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotics), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate community-based clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.
