Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Db2z DBA in enterprise mainframe environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Db2 Data Sharing , IIDR (SQL Replication and Q Replication) , and IDAA .
- Proven ability to script and automate using JCL and REXX .
- Strong experience in performance tuning , capacity planning , and Db2 utilities management .
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a remote environment .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zowe and Admin Foundation for Db2 .
- Working knowledge of IDMS .
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and change management
