Key Responsibilities
• Market and sell off-market properties to real estate investors, builders, and developers.
• Build and maintain strong buyer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Create urgency around available investment opportunities and drive transactions toward closing.
• Negotiate favorable terms while maximizing profitability for both the company and its clients.
• Prepare and present compelling property listings and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and strategies for expanding market reach.
• Maintain accurate client databases and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
