Job Title: Property Management Administrative Assistant / Leasing Consultant
Location: Saugus, MA
Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Temporary & Temp-to-Hire
The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Administrative Assistants and Leasing Consultants for current and upcoming opportunities with apartment communities throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston area .
We're looking for candidates who already understand the pace and day-to-day operations of a property management office and can step in to support onsite teams.
Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:
- Answering phones and assisting residents
- Greeting prospects and conducting apartment tours
- Following up with leasing leads
- Processing applications and leasing paperwork
- Administrative and front-office support
- Maintaining resident files and documentation
- Data entry and property management software
- Resident communication
- Assisting Property Managers and onsite teams
- Recertification or compliance support for affordable housing communities
Ideal candidates may have experience with:
- Apartment leasing
- Multifamily property management
- Property management administration
- Yardi, RealPage, or similar software
- Section 8 or LIHTC
- Recertifications and affordable housing compliance
- Resident services
Affordable housing experience is highly desirable for certain opportunities but is not required for every position .
