What You’ll Do

• Respond to residential and commercial property losses caused by water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters 
• Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, debris removal, and site stabilization 
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings 
• Complete mitigation services safely, efficiently, and professionally 
• Communicate with homeowners, customers, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project 
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and notes 
• Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures 
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in restoration/mitigation required 
• Experience with water mitigation, demo, drying equipment, and emergency services 
• Knowledge of restoration industry standards and best practices 
• IICRC certifications are a plus 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments 
• Professional communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environments 
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
