Physical Therapist

Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Oklahoma State License (Required)
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (Required)
• LTC or Rehab experience (Required)
• New Grads OK with Level II experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing an appropriate plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Assess patient progress, adjust treatments, and document all required information in the electronic system.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members about patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
• Participate in meetings related to patient care and required trainings.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and students as needed.

Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice as a Physical Therapist.
