Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a Permanent opportunity in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. This is a full-time role ideal for a provider who values clinical autonomy, team collaboration, and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Job Details
• Location: Catlettsburg, Kentucky
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Fri - large cases
• Current Staff: 1 Dentist, 3 Hygienists
• Patients per Day: average 85+ patients per day
• Procedures: Full-arch implant cases, retorative, crowns, etc
• Technology: Multiple CEREC systems, CBCT imaging, in-house 5-axis milling, and 3D printing, allowing same-day crowns and full-arch implant cases
• Payor Mix: Insurance

Compensation
• Daily Guarantee: $750/day or adjusted collections
• Earning Potential: $350k+
• CE Allowance: $2k annually & unlimited free in-house CE
• Benefits: Medical & Vision Insurance, Free Dental, Uniform Allowance, 401k

Responsibilities and Duties
• Active Kentucky License
• Prefered 2-3 years of experience
