Cancellation Policy: 1 shift per 2 weeks. If candidate is placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Agency must provide 2 weeks' written notice of cancellation of the assignment. Should agency be unable to provide such notice, agency may owe 2 weeks at the regular rate, up to $1,500. No fee will be owed if agency provides a replacement candidate within 14 days of the cancellation that can start within 21 days of the cancellation.
