Adjunct Lecturer - John Lewis Public Administration Program New Orleans, LA, United States and 1 more (Remote) Job Description The John Lewis Public Administration Program at Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) seeks part-time Adjunct Lecturer candidates. Courses will be taught online, and SoPA invites applicants who are located both locally and out of state to apply. Teaching loads will vary based on the needs of the Program. Responsibilities Courses are graduate level and vary across those listed below (including, but not limited to): Foundational Courses Public Policy Foundations Technology and Civic Sector Leadership Data Informed Leadership, Management, and Decision-Making Public Organizational Leadership, Cross-Sector Partnerships, and Stakeholder Engagement Budgeting and Financial Management Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Public Service MPA Capstone Nonprofit and Strategic Philanthropy Management Courses Nonprofits, Philanthropy, and the Civic Sector Evaluation and Outcomes Management Organizational Sustainability, Leadership and Governance Financial Management, Resource Development and Capacity Building Foundations of Strategic Philanthropy Economic Development Courses Elements of Economic Development Economic Development Challenges and Civic Resilience Economic Development and Urban Transformation Social Equity and Economic Development Environmental Management and Resilience Courses Environmental Challenges and Civic Resilience The Role of Data in Environmental Decisions Social Equity and Environmental Management Extensive professional experience related to course offering Higher education teaching experience preferred but not required Online teaching experience preferred but not required Application Instructions Candidates must submit a cover letter and provide an updated CV.
